22phmaya Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 22phmaya platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the 22phmaya Platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any manner. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Your continued use of the 22phmaya Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 22phmaya Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations;
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 22phmaya or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 22phmaya Platform or any affiliated platform;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in connection with your use of the Platform.

22phmaya reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full features of the 22phmaya Platform, you must create a registered account. By registering, you agree to the following:

1. Accurate Information: You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and will update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
2. One Account Only: You may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 22phmaya Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify 22phmaya immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. 22phmaya shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
5. Non-Transferability: Your 22phmaya account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.

22phmaya reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 22phmaya Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 22phmaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to fully verified players only. Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: 22phmaya aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests.
• Source of Funds: You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 22phmaya account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. 22phmaya complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 22phmaya is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

22phmaya offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and are subject to the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds not used within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• 22phmaya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players must opt in to bonuses where required.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 22phmaya Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply:

• All game outcomes on the 22phmaya Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. Game results are final.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, 22phmaya will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Bets placed during a technical malfunction may be voided at 22phmaya's discretion.
• 22phmaya reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. Demo or free-play modes are available for most games.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22phmaya Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 22phmaya staff;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or any other user's account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 22phmaya Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of 22phmaya or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 22phmaya.

9. Privacy & Data

22phmaya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

22phmaya implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and 22phmaya cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 22phmaya, subject to applicable legal requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details provided in Section 15 of these Terms.

10. Responsible Gaming

22phmaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. 22phmaya employs age verification procedures and will close any account found to belong to an underage player.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through their account settings. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and may be set for defined periods or on a permanent basis.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22phmaya, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

22phmaya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 22phmaya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 22phmaya makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 22phmaya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time, subject to the following:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your 22phmaya account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and identity verification.
• 22phmaya-Initiated Closure: 22phmaya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at its sole discretion.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law provisions — shall survive.
• Forfeiture: In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 22phmaya reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 22phmaya Platform shall first be submitted to 22phmaya's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

14. Amendments to These Terms

22phmaya reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 22phmaya will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 22phmaya Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
